Counselling 

People seek counselling for various reasons. Some people want to talk freely to someone other than their family and friends, while some are simply curious to discover more about themselves and find that therapy can be the first step on a journey of self-awareness, personal development and empowerment. We will work together to explore your experience in a person-centred way that helps you to understand how you think, feel and behave.


I describe myself as an Integrative Counsellor, which means I work with a variety of psychological models, theories and tools that best meet identified needs. This is always agreed through discussion.  


We can support with a range of issues including:


•    Relationship difficulties
•    Anxiety/stress
•    Depression
•    Feelings of worthlessness
•    Low self confidence

 

 

Individual sessions

Initially we need to ensure counselling is the right way forward. We therefore provide a free 15 minute consultation via zoom or telephone.

​

Subsequent sessions cost £50 for 50 minutes online and £55 face to face.
