Coaching is for anyone who is ready for change in any area of their lives. The most important thing is that you are ready and willing to put in some work and are motivated to go forward.

As coaches we do not advise, we are simply here to help you to discover the answers that already exist within you in a non-judgemental and supportive way.  Working with a coach can help clarify your thinking and decide what changes or action you would like to make.

Individual sessions

Initially we need to ensure counselling is the right way forward. We therefore provide a free 15 minute consultation via zoom or telephone.

​

Subsequent sessions cost £55 for 50 minutes.
